From the heart of Mexico, owner Chef Claudia grew up in Taxco Guerrero Mexico, with her grandmothers from both sides of my family. She lived in Morelos and Michoacan states and has traveled all over México and tasted many great recipes. Chef Claudia’s passion is to create delicious and authentic Mexican food from scratch and extend impeccable service. She likes to cook healthy using fresh, natural, organic and non-gmo ingredients.
