Arizona Style is a blending of traditional Mexican with local Navajo/Hopi influences that creates their signature dish – El Rincon Chimichangas. Each one is hand rolled with sopapilla masa around your choice of beef, chicken, or tiger shrimp. For an added treat try their dessert Chimichangas: chocolate, cherry or apple. The menu includes all your favorite traditional Mexican dishes including of tacos, enchiladas, burritos, tamales, chile Rellenos and combinations.

Fiesta Mexicana Sedona is one of 10 traditional, cooked from scratch, real Mexican restaurants throughout the Four Corners and near southwest. Some call them a chain, but they really don’t fit that model. While they share an extensive menu based on our Jalisco, Mexico, heritage, and all decorate in traditional Mexican colors and décor, each location stands independent. They live local and are locals. They work to help the local community and offer specials, entrees, fundraisers and events that are part and parcel to the energy of where we live. Their Sedona location is no different. The origin of their name comes from the state of Oaxaca in the country of Mexico. Oaxaca Restaurant is proud to have served you for over four decades. They strive to attain excellence in our food by way of its preparation and presentation. To accomplish this goal we begin each day by using only 100% cholesterol free pure vegetable oils no trans fats, no animal fats, as well as no additives and never any lard. Oaxaca Restaurant prides themselves on their “Dine to Your Heart’s Content”TM menu selections prepared by their own Registered Dietitian, which include heart healthy as well as gluten free choices. Oaxacan Restaurant hand prepares their sauces and salsa from nature’s finest ingredients using local fruits and vegetables that are garden and orchard fresh. They prepare their Mexican specialties daily from scratch. They use only the finest blue corn from the Native American plains of New Mexico. From the heart of Mexico, owner Chef Claudia grew up in Taxco Guerrero Mexico, with her grandmothers from both sides of my family. She lived in Morelos and Michoacan states and has traveled all over México and tasted many great recipes. Chef Claudia’s passion is to create delicious and authentic Mexican food from scratch and extend impeccable service. She likes to cook healthy using fresh, natural, organic and non-gmo ingredients.
