PhysioYoga Practice (PYP) is the application of yogic principles and myofascial release under the guidance of trained physical therapists. PYP is an approach based on creating balance through assessing alignment, utilizing breath work, exploring functional movement, and creating awareness of compensatory or holding patterns associated with stress or pain. Through this unique and individualized experience they provide the space to shift from surviving to thriving!
