Sedona Hot Yoga’s studio is heated to around 100 degrees with added steam to encourage sweating, loosening tight muscles, detoxing and weight loss. All levels welcome, no prior yoga experience necessary, only an open mind!
Sedona Hot Yoga was founded in 2010 by Jennifer Richards. Jennifer suffered from chronic migraines, degenerative disc disease and multiple bulging discs. Instead of having surgery, Jennifer decided to use her life savings to open a hot yoga studio. Jennifer hoped a daily heated yoga practice would heal her spine, and amazingly the leap of faith was the perfect cure.
