From the heart of Mexico, owner Chef Claudia grew up in Taxco Guerrero Mexico, with her grandmothers from both sides of my family. She lived in Morelos and Michoacan states and has traveled all over México and tasted many great recipes. Chef Claudia’s passion is to create delicious and authentic Mexican food from scratch and extend impeccable service. She likes to cook healthy using fresh, natural, organic and non-gmo ingredients.

Cafe Jose cooks to order, so “you can have it your way” on just about anything on their menu. Their hamburgers are made from fresh, never frozen beef; their sauces are made in-house and are their margaritas are as authentic as their Mexican dishes.
